Good CRM software will bring all areas of your business together for the highest efficiency and customer experience but can also be very expensive to implement in-house. Intermediation’s Hosted Dynamics CRM allows your company to utilize an affordable CRM package that can streamline your sales operations by bringing together the data from all your information sources within your business to give single, all-inclusive view of each customer in real time so everyone knows what is going on – at all times.

All of your employees that are exposed to customers (ie., sales & marketing, customer service, and business development) will be able to make swift, yet educated decisions on everything from product recommendations and up-selling to support and customer buying patterns. Your mobile staff will have the ability to support customers and make informed decisions while on the road – armed will full customer data and history.
